Don’s passion is making a difference in the world for poor, hungry and lost people. He accomplishes this by partnering with people and organizations who share the same passion. Don has dedicated his life to releasing organizational resources from the bondage of inefficiency and redundancy for the purpose of helping people in need and growing God’s kingdom on earth. He does this by assembling highly motivated and skilled teams of people who develop organizational and administrative systems and processes, that help fund and set free visionary leaders and change agents to pursue their passion and their calling. He does this with an uncompromising commitment to value, integrity and ethics.
Don’s career is highlighted by more than 30 years of success in executive leadership in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations as a CEO and COO. He is results-oriented with a unique blend of leadership and analytical abilities and a broad set of experiences. Don specializes in the areas of general management, marketing, donor management, analytics, and operations. Don leads with a focus on increased cash flow and stakeholder development. He is highly proficient in taking a vision or concept and making it a reality while achieving high levels of efficiency, effectiveness and objectivity.

Don has been married to his wife Jill for 34 years. They have 3 grown sons and reside in central Ohio.
Jon Laria, CPA
Founder & Secretary
Jon has over 30 years of financial management experience with more than 17 years as a Chief Financial Officer. Jon has an unwavering belief that Kingdom business should be conducted with the highest ethical and moral standards. Jon serves on a commission assembled to respond to the United States Senate on standards of accountability and transparency in financial management for religious organizations in the United States of America. Jon will tell you that the way the Church conducts business tells the world who is really in charge of the Church. That is why the Church must conduct its business beyond reproach.
Jon has helped many churches and charities develop policies and procedures that ensure compliance on clergy housing allowance; political activism; executive compensation and ministerial tax status. Mr. Laria has equipped thousands of church leaders at conferences in accounting, budgeting and compliance matters. Jon has over a decade of experience auditing publically-held companies, restoring and/or maintaining compliance with SEC reporting requirements. He has served on the Boards of various public and nonprofit organizations and authored the book “Win Your War Against Debt”.
Jon has been married to his wife Margaret for 32 years. They have 3 children and reside in South Florida.

Pastor Michael Phillips
Michael Phillips is Senior Pastor of Kingdom Life Church, a non-denominational congregation in Baltimore, Maryland. Focused on ensuring people “live a better life,” Pastor Phillips has managed the explosive growth of church membership from less than 150 to over 1500 members. Pastor Michael holds the position as Regional Director of the World Harvest Ministerial Alliance, and is actively involved in educational initiatives for Maryland schools. Pastor Phillips is a nationally recognized champion for under-served and under-privileged children especially in urban centers.
Pastor Phillips holds a Master of Sacred Theology and is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity from New York Theological Seminary. He also holds a Diploma of Arts in Pastoral Studies from Valor Christian College. Pastor Phillips has been married to his wife Dr. Anita Phillips for 20 years. They have two teenage children and reside in Baltimore Maryland.
Brad is a fearless advocate for marginalized people in need of a helping hand. He is a nationally recognized fundraising professional who has dedicated his life to providing resources to charities and ministries that cause positive change in our society and around the world. From veteran affairs to children’s ministry Brad leverages his immense social network of business leaders, governmental officials and concerned donors to direct resources to the work that makes society a more moral and just place. Whether in the office of a CEO or a senator, you will always find Brad encouraging people who have more to help people who have less.
Brad has been married to his wife Molly for 19 years. They have 4 children ages 4,6,8,12 and live in Akron, Ohio.
